The annual Area 8 Piggy Tournament will be hosted by St Helens Round Table 49

Where: West Park R.F.C, Eccleston Hill, Prescot Road, St. Helens, WA10 3AG

When: 26th June 2008 from 7pm How much: A great price of £5 per head! What: This is an annual, highly contested event, involving the age old Lancashire game of Piggy. Essentially, you hit a stick with another stick and then stride to retrieve it in the minimum number of strides. Make sense? If not, come along anyway and you’ll no doubt pick it up! The competition will be followed by Hotpot and Black Pudding, plus the usual opportunity to socialise with your fellow tablers from Area 8.
