The Main Slope
A world-beater offering perfect conditions
We’re proud to say we’re home to the UK’s longest, and the world’s widest, real snow indoor ski slope (180 metres long and 100 metres wide at the bottom). In fact, you might find that you prefer it to the real thing – after all, it simply offers perfect conditions, no rocks, no slush and no obstructions – all year round.
There’s plenty of room for everyone; and just like your favourite resort, you’ll find separate, but inter-connected, activity areas.
The Nursery Slope
Find your feet at your own pace
Chill Factore is the perfect place to take those first tentative steps on the slope, whether skiing or snowboarding.
Alongside the main slope are two 55m runs, one a nursery slope for beginners’ lessons and the other a multi-activity area for groups. The gentle nursery slope is the perfect place to master the basics - here you can take things at your own pace under expert tuition. The quality of our instructors is second to none. Our Snowsports School is the highest qualified in the UK. There’s even a safe and gentle moving walkway up the slope, making it easy for people not used to this environment to navigate the slope quickly, easily and safely.
The Luge
Thrill seekers hang on tight!
What a rush - our 60m long luge is a thrilling ice slide inspired by the Cresta Run, St. Moritz, Switzerland; where you will experience the buzz of an extreme toboggan run on specially designed mats.
Thrill-seekers will satisfy their need for speed, whilst those who are simply curious will experience something they’ll want to try again and again. We defy you to complete it with anything but a beaming grin on your face!
